meet your butterfly coach.

I remember asking my mother at the age of 9 what career field I could go into that used math, but didn’t necessarily teach it. I remember her telling me that I could be an engineer and from that moment, I was committed. Seriously.

And in 2020, at the age of 22, I finally fulfilled that dream. Only it wasn’t what I thought it would be. I didn’t feel “fulfilled”? Somewhere along the way, I had lost the plot. In the pursuit of one large, long-lasting goal, I lost love for the journey.

The goal that was finally supposed to make my life better had arrived. And I was literally living the dream. At least that’s what I felt compelled to project. I somehow knew how to make the life look pretty from the outside, while flailing around on the inside. It didn’t take much for my loved ones to notice the pain. But it took me quite some time to actually realize what was going on—why my world felt like such a mess: Nothing that I had built around me…reflected me.

It wasn't until I made the decision to finally leave my job after 3 years, that I really gave myself permission to stop walking, open my eyes, and take a good, long look at the world around me. I finally had the time to give myself the attention, affection, and validation I had long been craving from everyone else around me. I finally had the time to stop and smell those damn roses. Reconnecting with my body and mind reignited my passions and interests and overall love for life. I was finally free to reconnect with my own perception of life. I was finally free from the burden of societal expectations. I was finally free from constraint. I was finally free to be…me.

With this new foundation, I began to build the world I truly desired to exist within—full of meaningful connections, spiritual grounding, and work that I deeply value. For so long, I have valued connecting with others on levels that reach the innermost parts of ourselves. Now, I use my experience to help others find clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. As a Certified Life Coach, I guide others through cognitive reframing, collaboratively dismantling old mindsets serving as roadblocks and building new ones that encourage growth.

Would you like to join me on this journey?
